Aaaah. What a relief.
But oh damn. That took so much time and money…
Now you have clients and it’s time to fulfill but you were so busy building and filling your sales pipeline that you weren’t ready.
That’s ok you did it anyway…
It took late nights, lots of coffee, and RedBull, but you did it.
You are tough, you have grit and people are depending on you.
Clients, family, your kids, not to mention your own pride and all those people at your old work.
Finally, you did it, your clients are delighted!
With brute force and determination, you created something from nothing.
Congratulations are in order!
Time to celebrate…or is it.
While you were working with your clients, the pipeline started to dry up.
Shoot (or some other expletive)!
Now you have to go back and fill that pipeline. It doesn’t work if you don’t.
Thus, begins the feast and famine cycle.
